Malavika has handled the role of tribe in the movie Thirumagan. SJ Suryah has done the lead role along with Meera Jasmine. Rathnakumar has directed the movie and has was once an assistant director to veteran director Bharathiraja and thus taken the village story for his debut movie. This is the first movie that is released for Malavika after her wedding with Sumesh that took place last week in Bangalore . Malavika's performance in the movie is very well suited the role. This is the season in Kollywood where in village based movies are doing well and Malavika has chosen the right subject.
